The five setup steps
Create your workspace
Sign up at app.kinsho-ai.com and create a workspace. A workspace is where your brands, prompts, and team members live. Most customers create one workspace per company, or one per client if you're an agency.
Add your brand
Enter your brand name, website, and — important for Japan and multi-script markets — any aliases (e.g., "トヨタ", "Toyota", "TOYOTA"). Kinsho treats them as the same entity when scoring visibility.
Write your prompts
Prompts are the questions Kinsho asks AI models every day. Write them the way a real customer would type them — full sentences, not keywords.
Add competitors
Tell Kinsho which brands you compete against in AI answers. We benchmark your visibility, position, and sentiment against them automatically.
Select AI models
Choose which AI engines to monitor. Your plan determines how many you can track in parallel. Most customers start with ChatGPT + Gemini + Perplexity.
