Organize your brands, prompts, and teammates.
A workspace is the top-level container in Kinsho. It owns a billing plan, a set of brands, the prompts that monitor them, the competitors you track, and the team members who can view the data.
When to use multiple workspaces
- You're an agency and each client should have a dedicated space.
- You run completely different brands that shouldn't share competitors or prompts.
- You need separate billing or access control for different business units.
Roles
Admin
Can invite teammates, change the plan, edit brands, prompts, competitors, and AI models.
Viewer
Can read all dashboards, visibility data, and exports but cannot change configuration.
