Welcome to Kinsho AI
The AI search intelligence platform for brands that take visibility seriously.
Your customers aren't only searching on Google anymore. They ask ChatGPT for product recommendations, Perplexity for deep research, and Gemini to compare options. Most of these conversations never become clicks — which means most analytics tools can't see them.
Kinsho AI shows you how your brand appears across AI search, benchmarks you against competitors, and turns that visibility into a concrete plan of action.

What you'll find in these docs
Get started
Understand what Kinsho tracks and how it differs from traditional search. The Quickstart walks you through your first setup — from writing prompts that mirror real user questions to identifying the right competitors.
Set up your project
Learn how to craft effective prompts for your industry, organize tracking with workspaces, pick the right competitors, and select AI models to monitor.
Interpret your results
Once your prompts are running you'll see visibility scores, sentiment trends, and source citations. This section teaches you how to read each metric.
Take action
Based on your data, Kinsho generates biweekly action plans with prioritized steps. You can also export results for your BI stack.
What Kinsho AI does
We track how your brand appears when real people ask AI platforms questions about your industry. Instead of keyword rankings, we measure three metrics that matter in AI search: how visible your brand is, where you rank when mentioned, and how positively you're described.
How often your brand is mentioned across AI responses — like market share in AI conversations.
Whether AI models describe your brand positively, neutrally, or negatively when mentioning you.
Where you rank when you do appear, compared to other brands in the same response.
How Kinsho collects data
We run your prompts across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other major AI engines every day, then analyze the patterns over time. Because AI responses naturally vary day to day, Kinsho uses repeated runs to produce probability-based signals instead of one-shot snapshots.
Your prompts are conversational — for example, "What's the best CRM for marketing agencies under 50 people?" — not keywords. This matches how people actually talk to AI.
Kinsho interacts with AI models through the same interfaces real users see. That means the data reflects what an average logged-out user experiences, including dynamic model routing and web-search behavior.
